In winter, snow is the main attraction: the ski slopes of the Alpe Cermis ski area in the Latemar Mountain range are connected with Obereggen, Bellamonte and Passo Rolle, which are all very close and accessible with a single ski pass (Fiemme – Obereggen). For the cross-country skier, there is the “Marcialonga” race course, the fantastic Lavazzè ski centre and the new ski area at Tesero (built for the Nordic World Ski Championships of 2013). These are just some of the many winter activities you will have the chance to enjoy during your winter escape.
In summer there are many high altitude activities available for all tastes: from Nordic walking or trekking, to down-hill mountain biking or paragliding. All activities are easily accessible with the nearby ski lifts which are open throughout the year and available for free, thanks to Fiemme Motion Card.
Mountain huts and refuges with their specialty dishes, dairies and restaurants will surely satisfy even the most discerning palates. For lovers of cycling, the serpentine mountain passes provide the perfect backdrop for days out on the bike.
